Busiriba, Kamwenge District (Western Uganda)
Dates: August 11th – 22nd, 2025
Details: Last year, LWAU held a medical camp in Busiriba and Rukunyu General Hospital, reaching 213 patients. However, due to limited resources, LWAU were unable to meet the demand for essential medical supplies such as bandages and wound care kits. Busiriba remains a high-need area, with over 500 registered lymphedema patients. This year, LWAU aim to expand their reach and make a greater impact.
